· All orders delivered to the college will be sent to the student’s respective college in batches. Orders placed after October and not able to be sent in a batch to the college will be subject to full postal delivery charge of £7.50 per kit.
· In the event of a cancelled order prior/before dispatch there is a handling and restocking fee of 5% of the kit value. In the event of a cancelled order after processing/dispatched/delivery there is a handling and restocking fee of 20% of the kit value. Breakages within the kit caused in transit will need to be notified to head office within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours we do not accept any liability.
· The Makeup Store reserves the right to substitute products within the kit on a like-for-like basis in the event that a product is unavailable at the time of ordering, as discussed with the student’s respective college.
· The delivery of placed kit orders will be made within the time agreed between the student’s respective college and ourselves. Priority of deliverywill be made strictly based on the date payment was made.
