Liquid Primer

A multi-functional liquid for makeup fixing. Allowing you to change consistency and wet application of - eye shadows, blushes, bronzers and powders. Suited as lipstick, eye shadows or glitter primer. The liquid primer will refresh and restore dried products (e.g. mascaras).

Adding the product to your favorite foundation will significantly prolong its durability and make it waterproof.
